Walls are drywalled, new window in. Heated ceramic tile just laid today, tub/ surround is in, just waiting for the plumber.... Other 3 new windows rare also in! Replacing the French door entry doors BAck to a conventional door is the next project

Think about it. A load OUT of Bison is great when you are home.
The rate is high because it probably is a sucky load to the rest of the world.,
