Panther Sitting at Truck Stops

You can try to get away from the others but remember there is 386 of them ( Panther vans) and just the moment you are away from them one will find you and five more will find your board!
They(we Panthers) are everywhere.. In all of your neighborhood parking lots, truck stops, and rest areas LOL. I guess maybe Kansas is an option.
I'm not alone.. Your not alone.
I moved to an empty board yesterday and was followed by two teams and a first out (who got out already) and five others, sigh.

:)). Good point. I try to explain to others this situation and they keep saying why I don't move in an other board....Panther vans lately are like zombies in that horror movies. They everywhere. OTR was right ,maybe is the end of the road with Panther. Panther lost a lot of quality drivers for this reason...

It isn't all about moving to an empty board or a board with fewer vans. Move away from other vans and position yourself closer to the freight. If you are Newt, then it will take some time to learn Panther's customers and where the freight comes from. If you are Zoli, keep sitting in Atlanta.

I'm starting to see the trend... Too many "Newts" and not enough Panther customers with van freight = all these posts and sitting complaining. LOL

BTW I asked for that van count (386) beginning of last week so it's prob a bit off now that a few orientations full of "Newts" got out.

Yes Sir, another newbie. I Really enjoyed reading all these posts. I couldn't find the info on swapping the load on the CV(did the search). How is it done? How is it transfer from one CV to another. Thanks!
