As for John, I don't think you could afford him. I don't know the exact mileage from Taylor to Bison, but he would have to "deliver" himself there. So....at over a $1.00 a mile for all miles, it could get a bit expensive. That doesn't include the Jameson that would be required either. :)

I think John needs some serious downtime for a couple weeks, rent an rv pack up the family and come out west...see the Badlands.Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Devils Tower and of course Sturgis....and some fun in Deadwood.....and then take the girls riding on my SIL's ranch....and just do some serious porch sitting....:)

Unloaded in Millville NJ and decided I had enough of the east coast..so i figures at least a short trip inland "MIGHT" help change the cycle..sitting at the "J" in Carlisle PA..if nothing out of here by sat morning, Ill move to Breeezewood I will be home by Fri...one way or the other...:D

On the same note, #192 isn't having a bad week at all, not great, but he has been busy, running shorties and then they hit him with a nice load yesterday..and the money hasn't been bad either..I think his other half and he will be happy with the 1st week....:)

Just got a nice little call from our Ops Manager....just a reminder they are aware of how long I've been sitting and they are beating any bush they see for a load...:D

It is them little things I hope Load 1 will never forget to do as we grow in size....

Chrissy in dispatch comes through!! Chambersburg PA 39 mile dh, to Monroe Mich...rate was good, then when i get there, its a "dock high facility only"....Frank got me more cash to hand load it....:)

Going to a new store , can't deliver until the morning , so ill sleep at home tonight!!! :)

not that i hate nebraska but to find out i was placed out of service till monday due to a ummm "computer error" didn't make my day :(

Back in Louisville. Again! Left here Thur to Wisconsin, Chicago to wixom, Detroit to shelbyville.

Real nice wally world and Target on the loop in middletown.

Gonna be a frost tonight all the way to the gulf coast according to local weather. Way to too for this. Crazy weather this year.

short version. got a call from my boss wondering why i was out of service. called dispatch they didnt know said computer error. back in service. im just glad my boss caught it. i would have no reason to think i was placed out of service for the weekend.
