I've cut the excess rubber off one rim and kept driving when pretty much empty

I was told the inside tire was leaned over and starting to bulge out. He said they looked old and rotted. Apparently ole dude didn't cut the outer tire off but just kept going

There's a truck stop just like 3 miles away or a loves north of Richmond but that's 15 miles

I've seen guys out here with tandems both rims just spinning I guess the drivers trying to avoid the service call

Well i am beat. For the night at McAlester, OK. 670 miles for tomorrow and another full night of sleep before delivering Monday 0800.

At the pilot in Syracuse ny. Spending the night with 250 miles to delivery. Should be a nice drive tomorrow afternoon.

And I've been way back from that on a two lane highway, dodging one foot square pieces of rubber launched into the air and coming down....I'm watching above getting ready to escape getting my Sprinter impaled from the sky raining rubber pieces.
I no longer had my CB in my Sprinter, so couldn't let him know.

When I was with your carrier I went out 90 to Chicapee....there is a truck friendly Walmart supercenter, nice area and you can get back to Boston Area and hit Hartford as well....Tri-angulate!
