Keokuk Iowa, this never was much of a town but is dying a slow death. The population has lost several thousand from my days growing up in the area. Always sad to see it happen.

It's a very sad sight. I ride through these smaller towns like that and it breaks my heart to see them dried up but I keep seeking them out. I guess it the charm they once had that drives my interest, their former glory. For me, its bitter-sweet.

I want to keep my small little town. Unfortunately we live in the northwest corner of SD and there's a lot of talk about oil exploration in this corner of the state. It's just a question of time before we start having the same growth problems as are in ND. Already people that work in the oil fields are moving into the nearest town...about 40 miles away.

El Paso is covered....Enjoyed a evening watchin my nephews play scoocer and baseball in New Castle Colo. Spent the night there and left at about 0830 est and headed to el paso...Got into the "J" on horizon rd and I 10 about 2130 est...went down to "Hineys", hadsome chicken wings and now i am back at the "J" and goin to bed...

come on dispatch work that magic and get a nice one out of here for a monday delivery back east...that will be the "cap" to an already good week...didn't make a dime, ran all over Gods half area..but i sure enjoyed it...:)

Angie's dog had a litter of puppies. She asked me to take the last one she had. Just happens she's of the female persuasion. Her name is Cheyenne.
