We are at the house, finally back in service. Waiting for that magic phone call. We need a LOT of REALLY good runs, got a big hole to crawl out of.
Got a load for tomorrow. Picking up in Toledo, headed up to QC. Rolling again.

Thanks. This was not our closest though, twice we have been in the same parking lot of the pick up. Once we did a truck to truck and the other we "asked" for a load from a place we had just delivered. Got that one too.
Got a nice one today...Mason, Ohio to Shawnee, Kansas 624 miles an only 11 miles deadhead from the house...Deliver at 9:00 a.m. than wait for another for what I hope becomes a GREAT week... Saving up money for my Vegas Trip over my birthday at the end of June... I'll be half-way to 50...OUCH...lol
Saving up money for my Vegas Trip over my birthday at the end of June... I'll be half-way to 50...OUCH...lolLast week I did 970 miles and grossed 1000 dollars. Did just a tad over a dollar a mile. Not too bad for a carrier that has a reputation of being on the cheap side. That brings my total 6 week rate per mile average up to just over 86 cpm.
I'm pretty happy with the way that Bolt has been paying/running me. Everything they told me in orientation is spot on with what is now happening in the field. Thanks to all at bolt for a good career move!

woke up in marion. hunkered down in the sheets riding the storm out. phone rang for chandler az. got dressed. 15 min later it cxl.
Delivered Friday in the Toledo area. Came down to Indy to get a carrier bearing replaced, it's nice when a place has parts in stock. Went back in service Saturday afternoon and helped a friend moving to Florida load a Uhaul. I was a sore pup all day Sunday. Still sitting at the house waiting for the phone to ring.

Ok Dropped up in Mason mich last Sat @ 0230. dh'd home.been #1 in Toledo since Monday morning. Turned down one load Monday afternoon. Was 25 miles west of Toledo DH'in to the chicago area and i got a call for a PU later this afternoon in Lima OH goin to Macungie Pa....kind of a slow statrt to the week again, lets hope it picks up when i get in a better area...

On my way to Bowling Green, Ky for a 7am del...Then off to the house..maybe.have to go appliance shopping to replace what the lighting strike in front of the house blew up..any jacuzzi's on sale anywhere? lol, Then to do some much needed maintenance on the van, and cut the grass, etc.And get an estimate for a shed/barn to be built.Always something going on.
