Yes driver in the roll over was shaken up but not hurt. I can't say the same for the truck and the trailer
It is a really good example of how not to take things for granted in this business or to get into a groove. Great driver who ran thru that interchange 4 times a day 5 days a week.

Used to drive a straight on dedicated runs...owners would rotate us every month or so....
with familiarity comes complacency....not only that we'd get to know each others runs in case someone was off or emergency came up...

Qualcomm management conference was really good. Good speakers and topics. Got to spend some time with my peers and associates from Panther, Fed CC and E1. Lot of good stuff for me to digest. These type conferences are kind of like me going back to school. Helps me to keep innovating.

Sooo..as i am DH'in home and running up 65 in Tenn, Joe called with a load picking up 6 miles from where i stopped to take his call goin up north..yea it is goin past the house , but i can still drop and make it home for the my daughters High School Graduation...
Its a good run, miles are long and the rate..will to keep it "accurate" and honest...is over a $-.--...all miles...

Ahem....lol. Well, things change quick...great week interrupted... my older sister fell and busted her shoulder up pretty good. Squad took her to hospital, shes been admitted...Looking at surgery, rehab, etc. Was already on a walker. Heading up to be with her. Pretty freaked out...she has a lot of health issues and scared of losing what mobility she has.

But on the other hand I have been "forced" into having a few good weeks the past 30 days. Probably best I ever had during my short expedite career which I need when being very close to becoming an owner op. I need every dime I can get lol

Not sure yet. I wanna go new but I wanna wait till the new transit comes out and maybe wait a couple years to buy new so maybe looking to go used. I'm thinking first gen sprinter but haven't pin pointed any particular van yet.
