Ran a load from east Peoria,il to indianapolis then did a local run here in town so that makes two loads today
Near LA. Picking up a rare Sat load in a couple of hours, heading for Louisville. Out of CA 2 days earlier than expected!

Watching the snow come down from the Bloomsbury, NJ TA. Have a load that picks up in PA on Monday morning, till then, we are just watching the show . Probably 3" or so here now, and still coming down.
Been an interesting start to the New Year. Been busy (up till now) even managed to drive through Times Square the other night. (Fun)

It's been a good week for me running a lot of air-port loads out of LAX. Getting really good rates on them too. I guess sometimes the Vice President needs to get back into the van and do the grunt work! I really enjoy getting out there and seeing the road. It kind of helps break the monotony of staring into the computer screen all day. There are two sides to this job. 1. staring into the computer screen all day or, 2. staring out the windshield all day! I hope you are are doing well!

Nothing but a bunch of crap shorties here this week. One run for 88 miles another for 134 and another for 109. All Ohio pick ups and deliveries. Might have a run today going to NY, but customer service has to call back.....Hope next week is a lot better, and it would be nice to start the week off with a 470 mile run.
Load Opportunity
A realy Opportunity is given when there is enough money to do the load pay the fuel and the tolls all together off the STD. Down load of 40% to run the Truck. The 40% is taken off the top.
If you cant down load enough in that 40% to pay the tolls and the fuel then the Opportunity isnt an opportunity its a bruden. Sending out a load that dont cover the cost for doing it is asking that unite to work for free. So that being the case. One day a week would you being a company employee freely give the company an 8 hour day of work with no pay?? The answer is simple No you wouldnt.

Cupcake... you sure do a lot of complainin. MXZane and I have been discussing this trick for getting loads. Whatcha gotta do is park on the fuel island, run around the truck 8 times in your underwear waving a machete and doing some kind of chant (you'll have to ask Zane about the chant). Give it a try, let us know how it works.
If that doesn't work, try checking into a nice hotel & order that steak you're always wanting.
And if that doesn't work either, try complaining to someone who can fix the problem - we can't, Cupcake.

I understand your frustration falligator i had a 40&85 mile load back to back this week that was fun
