OH YEAH, RLENT, we have a site, I cannot say where it is, that 50% of everyone who gets sent there gets cancer. 50%!!!

Would YOU be willing to chance that to protect this Nation?

Many of my DEAD friends were there, they DIED of cancer. They were BAD people who DEFENDED this Nation AGAINST the SEWER SCUM that attacks women and children, how BAD of them to do so!!!

(hint to location: you would be UP SIDE DOWN)

Not one cancer, that would be TOO easy!!!

It DOES seem that you have a problem accepting reality!! As bad as we may be, we are the BEST hope in this world. Don't like or accept that? TOO BAD !!!
I have no problem accepting reality - because I am willing to look - no matter where it may lead - unlike others - perhaps yourself - that cannot allow the possibliity of our being having been wrong in the least bit.

Besides, I'm not the one approaching frothiness and yelling.

BTW, I would agree (that we are the best hope) - but likely not for the same reasons.

We have NOT come CLOSE to MURDERING one TENTH of what Hitler, Japan, Soviet Russia, China, North Korea, Cuba or what Obama MIGHT do soon!!!
So by this logic is your position that a murderer who commits but a single crime - or ten - is good, while the fellow who murders a hundred or a thousand is evil ?

"There has never been a just one, never an honorable oneon the part of the instigator of the war. I can see a million years ahead, and this rule will never change in so many as half a dozen instances. The loud little handful — as usual — will shout for the war."

"The pulpit will — warily and cautiously — object — at first; the great, big, dull bulk of the nation will rub its sleepy eyes and try to make out why there should be a war, and will say, earnestly and indignantly, "It is unjust and dishonorable, and there is no necessity for it."

"Then the handful will shout louder. A few fair men on the other side will argue and reason against the war with speech and pen, and at first will have a hearing and be applauded; but it will not last long; those others will outshout them, and presently the anti-war audiences will thin out and lose popularity."

"Before long you will see this curious thing: the speakers stoned from the platform, and free speech strangled by hordes of furious men who in their secret hearts are still at one with those stoned speakers — as earlier — but do not dare to say so. And now the whole nation — pulpit and all — will take up the war-cry, and shout itself hoarse, and mob any honest man who ventures to open his mouth; and presently such mouths will cease to open."

"Next the statesmen will invent cheap lies, putting the blame upon the nation that is attacked, and every man will be glad of those conscience-soothing falsities, and will diligently study them, and refuse to examine any refutations of them; and thus he will by and by convince himself that the war is just, and will thank God for the better sleep he enjoys after this process of grotesque self-deception."

I think when confronted with issues that are beyond what we could control, the more important question to ask is this;
First tell me who you mean by "we" in the above sentence - define it - so that I can be sure that I understand what you are saying.

One large problem is identified in the thread title. How will Obama react? That's a huge part of what's wrong with him and why he isn't qualified for the position he holds. He lacks the education and experience to respond. You don't want your leader to have to react.

When you go to the doctor you don't want to hear that you are having a reaction to your medication, you want to hear that you are responding to your medication. It's the same situation, reacting is negative and responding is positive.
