If that baby is declared to be a natural born citizen, yes. I didn't read intent, I read the actual law. Logic has nothing to do with it.
Notice the Constitution doesn't have a definition for the term "natural born citizen"? Can you define it? Do you know who defined it?
True enough, "citizen" does not mean "natural-born", as not all citizens are natural-born. But all natural-born citizens are, in fact, citizens. As far as doing a little more research, I'm stumped. I've read the Constitution, and the laws, and the court cases, so I'm at a loss as to what additional research I need to do. If you would like to point me in the right direction, I'll research there, too.
Personally, I'm getting tired of ridicule, then explain myself by doing homework others don't care to do themselves, then get more ridicule from those shown. If you're truly interested, I'll pm you what I found.
You mean like getting the entire state of Hawaii, a large section of Indonesia, parts of Kenya, three different universities and all of their faculty and staff and all of the students who attended at the same time he did, the law enforcement and intelligence agencies of the United States of American, the Supreme Court, as well as both houses of Congress, all to cooperate with him in his quest for power? Naw, that doesn't sound like it would fall under conspiracy theory at all.
Yeah, he's got beady little eyes, too. He's up to something, fur shure.
Now you're just being a tool.
OK, now you're starting to scare me a little bit. The vast majority have been duped, and only a small handful of people possess special information and insight into what's really going on.
No... like I said, I don't give two shiites about a birth certificate. I'm talking about the law... court cases where someone needs to read way into it for a definition of a term NOT defined by the Founding Fathers, and taken from another country's common law. Personally, I wish Noah Webster had gone to the Constitutional Convention and helped them to define the crap, but they didn't. That means that the Supreme Court decided to define it for those who care. Apparently, very few do.
Two people couldn't keep a white stain on a blue dress a secret. Yet you think a really insane number of people banded together over decades to conspire to make Obama the president, and not one of them has broken and fessed up. That Obama is so powerful, and has been since infancy apparently, that he was able to orchestrate a lifetime of absolute conspiracy to achieve his position as President. Sheeyeah, right.
