Management is probably thinking they created a monster, and this is a way to back that monster off.
Although most who use the advance out of convenience; this has gone from contractors living paycheck to paycheck to living run to run. What kind of business-like atmosphere does that create? The more I look at it, the more it seems like a welfare check for ppl who can't manage their money. I can see using it for maybe a few months, but if you can't ween yourself off advances by puting money aside, why are you in this business?
Personally, I think they should give recent sign-ons 90 days to get ahead of the game, then charge the money. It's up to us as businessppl to find ways of making things convenient for ourselves. If I were with TS, I would be pizzed too, as I'd like the convenience. But I bet I'd find something that works better.

Express-1 did when I was there 2 years ago. I don't know if they do now.
