I've never been stuck in Laredo. I have stayed there a week. I left and the next day Roadtime arrived and had a six hour turnaround with a load back north. Sometimes I wait. Sometimes I move to San Antonio. Sometimes Dallas. A couple times I didn't get a load until St Louis. But I've never been stuck in Laredo.

Might be best to give them a call. customer service: 1-800-621-4112

I called... they said there has been a recent change that MAY not allow phones or other devices that are not secure to log on reliably. I asked if this was a permanent change and she didn't know but logged a trouble ticket with IT, promising to call it there is any new info or change. :(

I think that puts me in idontknow land???

Kurt is still checking the android issue out still as they don't seem aware of any issue.

I get on the site with no difficulty using my phone as a tether for my desktop so I am thinking it likely is the latest Samsung Note 3 upgrade that has me beat... I would think other Note 3 phones would have similar issues?

Thanks for looking into it!

Sure, in the yard it works after several tries.... :(

Exactly the same method as at home.

We bumped into a scanning issue this morning that is reoccurring of late. Driver scanned paperwork normally, no invalid scan message. Fleet Vision showed the load as paperwork not received which is normal. Checked again this morning and FV still showed ppwk not received. Checked with Admin, and they say they don't have the scan. Qualcomm scan outbox showed the scan was sent giving a confirmation number. Contacted the driver and had him scan the ppwk again. However, to get the load paid this week, admin requested the driver fax the ppwk. Driver stopped and faxed the ppwk, load will be paid.

Where do the scans go?? Who is responsible for picking them up?? Do the scans get lost in cyberspace?? Anyone else having this problem?? What can we do to stop this in the future?? Two hours spent this morning in phone calls getting this addressed and that doesn't count the inconvenience to the driver.
