Drivers I have seen out here: some looked like or dressed like biker gang members, some needed clothes, some looked scary, some were definitely hungry, and some need to go home. Its a melting pot of drivers out here that's for sure. PS: there is no substitute for soap and water and a decent haircut, sounds old fashion doesn't it,,,remember we are what the customer sees and the first impression is the one they form.......its a thought......................

Just because a person gets recruited does not mean that he/she/it has to look, smell and act like a domestic pig. (the wild version of the species are very neat and clean) I know far too many poor people that are clean. May be a bit thread bare but clean and neat to the best standard they can afford. It amazes me sometimes just how people choose to present themselves in public. No self respect what so ever.

in mt book if a recruiter is say outside with a potential driver and he/she throw their smoke butt on the ground..that would be 1 strike! That shows disrespect for the company and shows partly laziness...more attitude testing and observing human behavior should be done...and financial records..how they manage money aka their life...if they can't manage their life how the heck they going to manage a business?

Yes there is some lets say bottom feeding drivers out here or less then pristine lets say..how they ever made it past orientation/screening who knows...

They maintained respiratory function beyond that point in time.

Ur rite, rabbit trails,,,so I have bought chicken pieces in a bag, and then got a bag of rice,,90 seconds the rice in the trkstop microwave and add the chicken which is precooked, and da da,,I got a good meal with some left over for the next meal, oh,,i microwave a red potatoe too,,,,,,,,im full.......

LOL that it did,,,went from saving day old hot dog and half slices of ham to Passing judgment on the clothes someone wears..None of us know what position these ppl are in or why,
how, they got out here..It could be simply its the only thing in life they have..If ya think the person is truly in need flip him or her some help if ya can or a $ if ya got it,,its that simple,,Ya cant help everyone but if they accept the can of soup or crackers ya offer it a fair assumption they truly needed it and more then likely will be thankfull..Check the person not the motorcycle jacket or holes in their blue-jeans out..
Not trying to get anyones goat,,Just saying that not everyone can be the same or in the same postion..I do agree everyone could find water to shower most of the time but thats not the subject here.

Surprised all (or some) the women didn't chime in on the subject on how to eat good and cheap out here..

Gregg,I just took out the summer air,and replaced it with the winter air,I shouldnt have said this,someone might do this.
Happened my tires in my car showed low pressure,of course I filled them to their respected pressures,but was it really winter air?
