You know how, when you're at the kitchen sink or someplace like that, and you get water on your hands or fingers, and you fling your hand real hard to sling the water off? Not just your fingers like you're flicking water at someone's face, but your whole hand and wrist, thwop!?

The other night without thinking I did that with my right hand. That was a mistake. The pain nearly put me on the floor. All the strides I've made, gone. I'm back to about Day 3 in both functionality and pain. Gonna find out tomorrow just how big a mistake that was.

When dealing with something like that, it's the habits that are hard to break. Like I said when I had mine I couldn't keep from reaching up to scratch my nose. Bad choice !!!! Hope it's ok.

Well December didn't quite go the way I had hoped. Between the Espar debacle, Illness, and the elusive tire search, I'm waving the white flag on December. With the fast approaching holidays and shut downs coming up, I'm closing the books on 2014. Hoping that 2015 will be a prosperous year to remember :)
