Just when I thought the healthcare exchange could not find a way to screw up my 2015 coverage on the last day to enroll/re-enroll for Jan 1 coverage, they did. So playing phone tag between Blue Cross and the exchange to try and get this all sorted out

Last day to enroll and not pay the tax penalty on 2014 taxes is in Feb. as far as we were told and what the TV has been saying. What info do you have ???

Has it been a slow day today ???

I don't know about the penalty part as I was already had it. For the exchange, Today is the last day of open enrollment to sign up or change coverage to be effective Jan 1.

So on a bright note......looks like the new 34 hour restart rule is gonna be retracted! I think that will be good news for the OTR expedite straight trucks and our regional tractors as well.

I haven't seen anything specific about the 30 minute break being rescinded but if they rollback to the old rule, it should disappear too.

I haven't either but I think that was part of a different change. But not sure.

Nope, the 30 minute break stays in effect for now per the link John posted on FB !!
