No, I was not. I did do the Cabela's show once but only a few minute spot. The Gander Mountain show was fantastic. We hunted for 4 days on Lake Erie and did EXACTLY as we wanted to do. Showed the history of our sport and the team work and friendship. It is still re-run several years later. It is my biggest achievment in my sporting goods career. Layoutshooter

"THe Who" not the Guess Who. The guess who sucked. I sorta liked the Who but I prefered the Beach Boys and Mitch Ryder. Layoutshooter

I really liked the Kingston Trio, New Crisite Minstreals and the New Seakers even more. Layoutshooter

I do have the Gander Show on my hard drive but I have no idea in the world how to put it up. Autographed copies are available for a $10 donation to the Pointe Moullie Waterfowl Festival. I will pay shipping. Layoutshooter

OH YEAH, I forgot that they were the ones who did that. I liked "I know I'll never find another you" I used to play folk, and rock and 1940's stuff. I have not been in music for a very long time. As to Canadian imports, Gordon Lightfoot. The Wreck of the Edmonds Fitsgerald. My brother used to unload her when she would come into Great Lakes Steel with tatonite. Layoutshooter

That's a great one - makes me think of hockey school. When it came out I was at a hockey school in Fraser Lake, BC - the other kids made fun cause I got the same name as the ship. Did your brother happen to have any ore from the ship "fall in his lunchbox"? Pretty cool nontheless - not many can say they had anything to do with big fitz.

Lynyrnd Skynyrd had quite a run in the '70s. Southern rock has a lot of appeal. The Marshall Tucker Band comes to mind.
