I did NOT say to change the mindset, I just said that ANYONE who has access to that information should have to meet the same legal standards as those who produce it. That would at least help to eliminate SOME of the scum that runs for office, party does NOT matter. Criminals could NOT run then.

I do agree that the intell, military and civilian government should be there for checks and balance. I DO believe that the civilian government SHOULD have control of the intell agencies AND the military. I have NO quarell with that. It is as it should be.

ONE of the reasons that I took the buyout durning Clintons reign was that I just could NOT work for a man whose character was SO bad that he would NOT be able to get the clearences that I had. I did NOT trust his motives and low and behold, agents DIED!! ANYONE who OUTS a REAL covert agent should be tried for treason. Period. Those people out there are being hung out to dry. We need that work done. We should do ALL we can to protect REAL agents lives.

Barry does NOT believe in our Constitution, his actions PROVE that. Czars, fascist take over of PRIVATE industry etc. are NOT legal under our Constitution. Watch out for two treaties that he is tryiing to push through Congress that would give HIM control over privately owned firearms, put US citizens under UN law and pay a direct tax to the UN. THAT is why I say he does NOT believe in this country. I don't care what he says, actions count more than words. I don't trust ANYONE that hangs with traitors. HE DOES!!

AS to who I would trust to confirm his birth certificate? Maybe a commsion of 4 Dumb-O-Crats, 4 ReBunLiCans, the Pope and the Daly Lama(sp?) !!

Reinforcements arrived in the form of a Pelicn, and the FECCer's all left. Scared they were. A couple of hours later, their courage renewed, they returned, only to have the Pelicn fly south to the river. They keep showing up. One by one. I am alone. I fear the end is near. My shell shall protect me.

ok i have read this suit a few times and one thing that i haven't seen any where....how many other people named "Barrak Hussein Obama " are out there?? I am sure there are many, but if there are 2 others there can be more. They would also have SS#'s and addresses....

Now everyine knows i have no use for barry at all, but there is still a need to make sure when they take it to this point. They say he has used the one that shows him to be 119 yrs old...so if thats true work from there, but also make sure of the #'s he might have used......

as for the soldier, the judge ruled that he will hear the case based on the issues the soldier brought to the court....

At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter said the following:

1. There will be a trial.
2. It will be heard on the merits.
3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues.
4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority.
5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC.
6. Judge stated that if Obama isn't Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

The DOJ will be involved with the case also.... I wasn't clear if they would be trying to get to the truth or they would just be blindly representing Obama.

Orly will be adding members of the military from California as plaintiffs also.This is from what my interpretation of our conversation.Orly, asked me to disseminate this information out for her, she will be doing a posting later after she gets some sleep.

OK, thanks. Tried it again and the original link is working. The Eligibility" thing is from World Net Daily. The bogoshere entry is gone. I wanted to double check something to be sure. The motion for the injunction for the temporary restraining order was filed pro hoc vice (out of state lawyer having been granted permission to file in another state) in the US District Court in Columbus, Georgia. The California case has nothing whatsoever to do with the soldier's case. That case isn't even scheduled to be heard until Thursday July 16th, 2009 at 09:30 in the District Court in Columbus, GA.

Another case almost identical to this one, filed by Pennsylvania Democrat Phillips Berg on behalf of a retired military officer who was scheduled to be recalled to active duty was dismissed. Berg has filed 4 cases, 3 of which have been dismissed, and the remaining case keeps getting buried in paperwork of motions, by Berg, every time the judge is about to dismiss it (same holds true for the Alan Keys motion). I haven't really been keeping all that close a track, but with not much effort I came up with 24 cases filed in federal courts, with 21 of them being dismissed (two by the Supreme Court), and 3 still pending, including the TRO hearing set for Thursday. The TRO doesn't look good, since there's already a nearly identical that was dismissed to set the precedent on the same grounds.

It should be pretty evident to most people by now, but it's certainly clear to anyone who has been in the net for a while, as to which stories are tailor-made to just burn the Internet up. And the hotter the net burns, the less likely the story is to be true. This one's got the net just smokin' white hot.

I hope the Army puts out a press release as to why they rescinded the orders...I think it is more the case somewhere in the huge army machine manpower was re-evaluated and his services not required....just a case of very bad timing...those on the right will of course put their spin on it...I see the article has a right twist to it as well....with emphasis on We Won We Won...silly lawyer.....

Now every nut job is going to jump on the bandwagon who don't want to serve....

If we can just set aside our political feelings for a moment...

just how bad this is for the moral of the troops...the army must explain themselves...this sets a very bad precedent...

You are absolutely right OVM...he isn't well liked by the military to begin with, and this action for dropping this majors tour of duty isn't going to sit well, the Army needs to give their reasoning...

This is a lose -lose for the army...even if they win they'll have an officer that doesn't want to be there and the men will not respect him....it would be best if he were assigned to the north pole....then fire his butt....
