Accepted: 1 Skid, 80 # picks up 8 miles from House at 1:30.
Delivers 126 miles away paying $135.
Chance for a second or third load??? ....I'm always ready and willing but am doubting it.
My record in 5 years of Driving has been 3 Short Loads in a day, paying a total over $630.
With what this Commodity is, I feel lucky to get anything today.
It's a sign of the present freight availability in my estimation.

Thankful for Cloud Cover moving in and cooling it down some.
Now to check and see how many Vans & Sprinters are within a 50 Mile radius of me.

What in the WORLD is going on in Detroit? 400 units? I didn't even bother counting the vans.

Ky to Roseville, Mi. After the shock wore off from just seeing 400 units in the D, I DH'ed 100 miles to Lansing. Now at the J in Gd Ledge. Four vans/Sprinters here, including myself. Told dispatch "do NOT send me back to Detroit".
