We know we will get something soon! We are practicing patience and faith here.
We are in Belle Paine, KS at the travel center in the middle of the highway. Was trying to go to sleep, Tracy was already asleep, and I heard this really loud bang, right next to my truck. I swear it sounded like a gun shot. I woke Tracy up, who didn't hear a thing. Everything seems calm outside, so must have been something else. It did scare me though. I can honestly say it was the first I got scared being out here. Still trying to go to sleep, lol.

Could have been an air bag on a truck. I had one blow out on my truck Monday morning and they do sound like a gun shot....

Thanks, that makes me feel better, really it does, thanks. Now I just hope it wasn't one of ours. Because the noise was that close it could have been one of ours. Tracy will have to look in the morning.

Sooo... I go in service after the pm. Within maybe 5 minutes Christy comes thru with a load to Cazenovia NY. Beautiful little town on a lake. Delivered, went to the lake to hang out and boom. Pickup in Watertown, NY to Fairfield Oh. Caught a quick nap, picking up 2 blocks from delivery to Romulus, that is if I ever get loaded. Been a great week since Wed when I left the house!

Maybe something about how you make 'a place for everything' in very little space? Because there are so many creative solutions to the problem, and even folks who've been at it for years enjoy a virtual peek into another driver's truck. We're not nosey, we just want to flatter someone by imitating a neat idea of theirs, that's all.
I only recently thought of 'storing' folded jeans under the mattress, [they come out with a nice sharp crease, as if ironed, lol], and that worked so well, I just added a tv tray table [to set the printer on] under the foot end.
It helps to think outside the box, especially when you pretty much live in one.

Landscaping for drainage is almost done...phew...Just in time before the snow flies next month...LOL
Got one more row of Yukons to dig up..and the reds we are leaving till i get home in Oct...
Have to change the oil in the van, The Generator and the Deere yet...but that is garage time..

Still in Laredo....getting jammed up down here with alot of those yellow chevy cubes, no name, foreign drivers...not good.Alot of other freight-rate 
co's as well, hauling freight out of here for next to nothing.., screwing up the whole expediting industry as we speak.
AT&T had 59 cell phone towers down yesterday in Texas, so had no cell or internet service for like, 12 hours...not good, made me wonder how I made it before without all that stuff.
I gotta get out of this place, if it's the last thing that I do...wasnt that a song?..lol.
Bees are swarming a un-marked Sprinter van 12 spaces away...wonder what he ran over?
Obviously, I AM BORED!!!! lol...

Sometime in August the Queen wasp kicks the males out of the hive...and they get real upset...LOL that is why you see a lot around this time of year....
