I made the decision last year to stick with this based on the things that surround the new ones....

Like having to deal with Mercedes or Freightshaker only
The lessor fuel mileage....the cost and availability of parts...the cost of setting up a new one...
I know what I have and know exactly where I stand from a maintenance stance....Know where to get the parts and suppliers and basic prices.....worst case scenerio is a new engine and that I have lined up already...I will shoot for the million mark...

We had decided to go home and wait for a load. We had planned on taking showers then head up to Bixby Hospital, in Adrian, MI. To wait for our grandbaby to arrive. We figured we could wait there for a load just as easily as in the yard. We left about 3:30pm. We got about 5miles from home almost 5 pm ad dispatch calls and says they have a load for us. Which picked up in Lapeer, MI (near Flint) asap. It delivers to Garland, TX. So we turned around and headed back.
Guess I needed to just a little more patient. We are currently driving through Terra Haute, IN on our way to Garland, TX.

Our grandson, Jasin Andrew Gomoll was born this evening about 8pm. 7lbs 9oz. Both mom and baby doing well. This is our 7th grandchild, 2nd grandson. Jasin has an older sister Jade who will be 1 on Aug. 26th. Busy, busy. We are hoping to be home for herbirthday party and be able to meet Mr. Jasin hopefully at least by then.

Life is funny, how things work out.

Had another t-storm last night that blew out yesterdays heat...kinda cool in here this morning...and yes...the coffee is working...*l* Is it still over 100 down there?

Good Lord it's only 58 here and will be down to 51 tonight! Time for that electric blankie!!!
