Don't take it out of context like you sometimes do, buckaroo!!! Re-hiring or hiring is fine, as long as we don't get Panther stupid about it. And everyone is able to survive here.

Well we will see what the average per unit does before we look to do anything. If the unit average doesn't change than the number if units isn't a major factor. Still the fine line as we have to maintain a certain coverage level for accounts. Especially the larger national accounts that the fleet has asked for. Time and the numbers will tell the story.

Not speaking for John at all on this, but I think as our customer base grows we will see more of the stacking up, which is why I feel those areas should be concentrated on from the sales staff for outbound freight to prevent this. Just my thoughts.

I think you guys forget what stacked up at other carriers meant. I wouldn't call 2 or 3 stacked? You would think we had 300 sprinters the way you talk.
