Anyone know how much it is to replace a starter on a Sprinter?

I would guess, 800 bucks.My Sprinter has been hard starting for a while, and now I think the starter is going. Anyone know how much it is to replace? Looks like I'll have to get it done at a dealership. If it's not one thing it's another with this **** thing

I remember a cousin coming out of a bar to find someone had stolen the
driveshaft to his jacked-up Blazer.
Don't know if it was a prank or highly discounted parts acquisition.

We got ours from Napa and installed it ourselves. We opted for the lifetime warranty one. They honor the warranty anywhere in the nation as long as you have your receipt. We kept ours in the glovebox for that purpose. We had bought it in Houston, warrantied it in Michigan. It is very easy to change out, if youre somewhere you wont freeze to the ground trying to do it.

if he like me that is 1 starter in 11 years with a million miles....I've only had 1 starter
there is about 4-5 different price ranges...think mine was $265 from Napa...

when the motor went at 700,000 I changed the starter just for giggles....figured I was on borrowed time...
Rear brakes.....original and one replacement set....50% wear on these ones as of last month....should break a million...
