How much time do you need to accept a load

Leo, give it three months and report back. It is the best system for the shipper and to Fedex. In my opinion the amount that it will benefit the O/O's will be outweighed by what it does to your bottom line. I'm not saying that it will put O/O's in the red that were doing fine. But you know as...

depends on the driver qualifications, and weather, or not they will be run as a team. In general thou 2 is better than one if you are a fleet owner.

    Attention panther o/o

Your best bet is to talk to a Panther recruiter, They have good programs for tires, fuel and such. Are you talking about a Tractor Trailer, or a straight truck? PII pays for most of your sign on costs except for your DOT Physical, drug screen, and a $30.00 processing Fee.

please help new to the biz

Two things, first a paper route will net you more money if you plan on being a part timer, and your learning curve will be three or four times longer. Second thing would be your choice of a 2500 instead of a 3500. I hear no passion for being out on the road, so why choose the type of job that...

Is this a business where it is more important as to how you operate, or is it more important as to who you lease with, when it comes to making money? Loaded question huh? Kathy Oh I got this question, the answer is yes. Okay, the answer is they are equally important, they go hand in hand, you...

My son-in-law just finished his Masters degree in Architecture, He's been with the same firm as a co-op and full time employee for around four years. new computer

With the Apple you won't have the mapping software. I have a two year old Apple, and it does take time to get use to some of the stuff, but overall it is a much better computer.
