I think that it could only be good for FECC,as it will mean even more rescues from FEF when they can't make the required delivery times. We have already done 5 of these this year so far,and most of them have been good miles and not to bad on the pay.:D

I'm thinkin' that truck dealerships near the border are gonna be putting in an express lane for setting ECM's.

And another thing that has been discussed on here many,many,many,many,many times is that you don't have to buy some extra piece of equipment to limit the speed.
