I always like the 26K trucks. I ended up having to replace them all (about 25) with 33K trucks since we needed lifts and 102" boxes. The weight of the trucks just kept getting heavier and heavier. But a good work ethic and a 26K went a LONG way between '02 and '11. For our guys anyway.

That, my friends, is another great reason to avoid any ride subject to IFTA tax regulation and those pesky "didn't you buy any fuel in PA to cover those tax miles??" phone calls? I don't miss those days!!

Maybe we can actually see it. Maybe he posted a gray & white picture of mountains experiencing an earthquake. At least that's what my phone shows. ;)

Brokers are in business for a reason. Profit. Most of the time their own drivers are more expensive than bid responders. IMO.

That's because I'm scared of you Bob! JK. :) Dallas is difficult for us, to say the least. It does help when major carriers will broker a load to another carrier before they even dispatch it to their own driver sitting within that same city.

You are correct. Dallas is a hard market. But keep in mind they came loaded from Phoenix & Miami to get there.
