Agreed but I've heard some drivers having problems with ford even wanting to or know how to fix this issue for driver. And if ford is not going fix this issue or act like it's not even an issue something needs to be done no? Sent from my iPhone using EO Forums

60/40 or 40/60 Split Pros and Cons

60% to driver hand down. You will make more. No variables about it! Only way you would not make more is if the truck got 6mpg. Learning to maximize the earning is the key. Worst I've heard trucks getting these days is 8.5 to 9mpg Sent from my iPhone using EO Forums

    DT466 Worned out?

25 sounds a little high for that engine!!! 15 sounds a little more realistic. The 466 was a good Diesel engine. TheCraftyTruckers

Cummins would probably be the worst in my opinion. But if you idle these type engines a lot they'll all have problems TheCraftyTruckers

    Advice for a cargo newbie?

Having your CDL I would be looking for companies that do solo. They're out there. You just have to dig. Cargo van is so easy to get into that everyone is doing it. You've done the hard work to get your cdl do a little more and find that right solo spot! TheCraftyTruckers
