Since no surface trucks have responded I'm assuming everyone is happy with the new pay plan?

So we've been flat rate for three months now. How is it working out for you? So far all I've seen is our rate per mile go down and our dry run count go up. I haven't seen more loads or "more miles". I wonder when the contractors will begin seeing the benefits of this program.:confused:

Get the VIN Number and have the dealer pull the records on it. See how well it's been maintained. They will be able to tell you if it is CARB compliant.

No WG slots available for a dry box. I think we can do as well on flat rate as we did on percentage. It's all in how you play the game.
