I'd heard that. Normally, we don't get the red light that often, that's why it has surprised us. The scale that we were inspected at, didn't have pre-pass.

We were inspected at 4am on the 2nd. Since that time, our Pre-pass has flashed red at every open scale, we do the slow roll across the scales and sent on our way. I think they see "little truck" and think easy inspection, then see the sticker and say....RATS! LOL
