Between 1/1/2008 and now we've delivered 10 loads to FL and have had 9 loads back out. (4 General, 1 Elite, 2 Gov, and 2 Temp Control.) Only one time did we sit in FL for any length of time and that was Apr of 2009. We bounced around in FL for a week, before getting a Gov load out of Robins AFB...

Well I guess that's what we're doing because we can't see anything. We empty out and usually just go to the closest truck stop. We are not accepting suggested repositions, or empty moves because first off, they don't pay enough, and second there doesn't seem to be any logical reason to do so...

A little off topic, but, this is some really scary stuff. For those of us that are on the road, many of us do more stuff on the computer than maybe a normal person does. How many of us do all our banking online, pay bills, keep in contact with others etc. Just wondering if all of this will be...

I believe hands free has helped, but it is still a distraction. When I'm on the open road, I will talk on the phone (hands free), but when I'm in traffic I don't really talk. There are times when I even turn the radio off because it just feels like sensory overload.

Could be that they are just as complacent as we have become. Can't see the forest for the trees?
