What is up with the drivers on I-10,I-12

On the way across LA to I-59 i had not 1 nor 2 but 3 diffent vehicles going like 50MPH so i pull into the Hammer lane,and they speed up a little, soon i'm near 70 and they are still speeding up and so i slow down then pull back into the right lanes and they slow down to around 50 MPH again so i go to pass and they speed up again. this happened 4 or more times with each vehicle 2 diffent white pick-up and an older car.

what are the doing and does it happen to other people or just me

ACORN is headquartered in LA, maybe they are doing some govt. study down there.

NO speed control. When they realize a truck might pass them they speed up again. It irritates the stuffins out of me!
