I can't debate you on this, but just wonder what's your take on this situation?

I don't quite understand how some people just assume the cop, sherrif, agent . . . (take your pick), must automatically be the guilty one. Sure sounds like a good shoot to me (but who am I?).

I am told by a friend of mine that is a carrier for usps, the actual cost to deliver first class mail is closer to .80 per peice. He says the postal service can not raise rates without congressional approval. I don't know if any of this is true or not, just sharing.
