Yes there was. We had more dwell time. I didn't ask they told me. It was more about swooping in for a load when the dwell time difference between us and the other truck was only 4 or 5 hours and they were closer. We had the time to make the p/u.

Ya, it is to be expected. There are always problems with " new " anything. Just gotta let them know how important it is to not let it happen and why its important. They need to understand and I believe they do if you explain. It helps.
