Oh I'm aware of that LOL...but which is better, a fat guy with good BP, Sugar, Cholestrol, non.-smoking etc...or a skinny guy leaning on the side of his truck trying to hack up a lung in between puffs? Seen that crap many times. I have a buddy who's not a third my size...literally... sugar...
