It's impossible to escape the subject right now. I mean, it's kind of in the news, on TV, and in the movies, in our face literally every day. You can't watch TV a single evening without being assailed by revolting sodomites on show after show. Second, the nation is teetering on the brink of destruction. Embracing
gotry will push it over the edge without remedy. Giving sodomites society's approval via gay marriage will be precisely the equivalent of giving God the finger. And now we get to live in the days of America's judgment.I'd kind of like to avert that.
It's interesting how the article goes to great lengths to catalog such an extensive list of discriminations, threats and violence towards Christians, while completely ignoring the much longer list of discriminations, threats, violence and even deaths of homosexuals perpetrated by anti-homosexual and Christians. It would appear that Christians can dish it out but they can't take it.
By the same token, this comment is true:
“We as people have to be willing to put up with other people’s speech … Others have been willing to do that – except the gays."
I've never seen a group who so routinely and loudly screams "tolerance" yet has zero ability or willingness to show any tolerance for anything that doesn't agree with their cause. It's really quite amazing, and amazingly hypocritical.

I've said this before, and I will again....I have friends who disagree with everything I stand for....they make fun of it...but if all I ever showed them is hate, why would they ever listen to me? Sure I think I'm right..or I'd be pretty dumb to follow my beliefs LOL......but they would never get past the hate to listen!

That's what kills me about so many of the Tea Party groups I follow on Facebook. If you want the government out of our lives then you had better not be supporting the government getting involved in things like who marries who. Then you have the liberals supporting the government getting involved in legal activities that don't hurt anyone else like what gun someone owns and then turn around to complain that the government stops gays from getting married. The idea of having freedom is lost on both sides because they are both trying to restrict others freedoms and are to ignorant to realize by doing so they end up hurting themselves.

In defense of hate
, with religion it is sometimes hard to separate the two, since religious beliefs and the person who believes them are often one-in-the-same, with respect to how people view themselves. If you hate what I believe in, something that is so much a part of me, then you therefor must hate me, as well. The same is also true of politics.
Which, of course, is why politics and religion are the go-to dramas of the human condition.
Regarding Christians who can dish it out but not take it, where's the list of those who have [recently] been killed or beaten for their beliefs? Or even just because they 'look' like Christians?
And how many have committed suicide rather than continue to live with the hatred directed against them?
