How does that compare to the flat rate system they started in July ? The new flat rate system is different is it not ? Don't they now pay a fixed rate for DH plus FSC ?

Well, we just had a first in 15 years of expediting. A load picking up tomorrow and delivering of all places to, Mattoon, Il. We have had loads out of home before but never one going in. Took it just to see what it feels like. LOL
