I get really irritated when we go out to eat at a nice restaurant and have to listen to screaming children and ineffectual parents. I want to take the parents outside and whip their butts. We would frequent a restaurant that had this posted on their front door.

Are you planning on leasing your van on with a company? If so that company will have their own policy on minimums of e-trak and where to place the e-trak. It is best to get the initial e-trak placed where the company wants e-trak and then add on if needed.
