    Please explain revenues

You state you live in MI. Check out CTX in Warren MI. I ran with them for a year and did pretty good. It is my understanding that CTX has made a lot of improvements. There are others (probably many) in the state. CTX more than likely is still paying a percentage.

    RE Workmans Comp

I stand corrected (possibly). After doing further reading, I may have confused "Workmans Comp" with "Short Term Disability" and therefore I guess I have answered my own question. Guess it's best to put the horse before the cart.

    WORKMANS COMP INSURANCE

A question in regards to "Workmans Comp Insurance" which many drivers are having to pay for. First off it is my OPINION and only an opinion that this insurance "covers your employees, not you personally". Am I wrong? If so why would an owner/driver have to purchase this insurance? Next...

This may or may not help, I'm not familiar with the Ford. You may want to consider dropping by a Best Buy installation shop and ask them. I know that during the times that I have had several things installed they had to remove a major part of the dash trim. I'm sure they would be glad to tell...

Actual copies of invoices to shipper

If memory serves me right, my opinion is "if you are being paid a percentage" of the gross you can demand to see the customer billing. Percentage of the gross is the key word.

Is Expediting in vans becoming becoming extinct?

RE: Is Expediting in vans becoming extinct? It goes without saying you can get more in a straight truck or a big truck than in a van. Therefore if you owned the company, who do you want to keep around (even though vans most likely made that company). That's right straight trucks and big...
