I know that 1 load out of here at regular rate can make a good week going back to Detroit,but, with the rates as they are down here, outbound, I often wonder if the wait is worth coming down here in the first place.It seems like it may be more profitable to run several 500 mile loads up north than to wait down here..just a thought.I took this load to complete a decent week, even after I swore to never come back here again...but, how does one say no to a load of this size?

Guido, where did you get that fan? I want to install a exhaust fan in the back of the van behind the "curtain" to take all the hot air out from back there .... the back part still as the translucent panel roof and it still gets really hot back there when in those TX and southern hot sunny days...

I bought the three windows on my van from there, and have saved me a ton of money in not running the van.I have 1 more to put in, in the side door.You'll spend all day there looking around, buying alot of things that you'll get ideas for youre van.I bought everything from them, 7 years ago, when I built my sleeper inside the box of one of my straight trucks.It turned out awesome!The second place I listed is alot nicer, with 3 buildings.More willing to deal with you.The first one has stuff scattered all over the place, and is dark and dingy.

Well it is Monday and here I am right back to where I started last Monday...Belvidere Ill....

Had to sleep with the load all weekend...only had 8 feet of space and things got real close...I could never do a bulkhead especially on layovers...I love my 14 feet!! ...

Yeap its Monday...Just about to haul the 2 van seats out to Tracy in Delta Oh..then deliver a little "Somethin somethin" to Pam in Taylor...Miles and no pay !! LOL, but its all worth it...Especially the Taylor Delivery!!!:)

At the Mercedes dealership in Novi, Mi. They are new to Sprinter service. About 3 or 4 months. Got me right in. Hope they know what they are doing since they are new.

Cool, there is one here I wouldn't mind having. Not sure if my golf clubs will fit! Certainly couldn't get a pallet in. ;)

I peeked in the shop, there is another Load 1 van in here also. Couldn't see the #.

John, just met Mike. Real nice fella. He is gonna give you a call. Maybe you to can get some kind of service deal together. Mainly about priority preference. No line kind of thing.

I put a bug in Mike's ear about 10% discount for Load 1 drivers for maintenance. Also told him about EO for advertising. This dealership is just breaking in to the Sprinter line. Only 26 miles from the yard. Up here by Wixom.

So if we can get in and out quick and get a little $$ off, so much the better.

Welllllll.... Gonna be out of service till tomorrow. Gotta order a new fuel line from filter to pump. Last dealer screwed it up, but warranty gonna cover it. So be back here tomorrow.
