Rolling Strong has released a mobile app that's intended to help truck drivers stay healthier on the road.

The app has a free and a paid members section, each offering tools to promote driver health.

The free section provides drivers the ability to locate truck-friendly medical clinics; locate health check stations for self administered blood pressure checks, hydration checks and vision checks; locate certified medical examiner clinics; and listen to or watch recorded wellness seminars specific to driver health, nutrition and exercise.

The member section offers a nutrition guide, over-the-road exercises, healthy grocery lists, and more.

"We wanted to offer drivers, who are working hard to manage their personal health, and for those who are just beginning to think about wellness, a tool to help them reach their health goals," said Rolling Strong President Bob Perry. "By delivering this opportunity to all drivers, hopefully, it will encourage them to take a peek under their own personal hood in taking better care of themselves on the road and at home."

The app is available for both iPhone and Android users.
