New CEO at Bolt Holdings

Bolt Holdings, the parent company of Bolt Express and Strike Logistics, has announced the appointment of Guy Sanderson as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2013. Ben Bauman, former C.E.O. and founding owner of Bolt Holdings, has transitioned into the role of Chairman and is focused on strategic planning and acquisitions.

Sanderson and Bauman have already developed a close and productive working relationship. Since 2008, Sanderson has been serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Bolt Express where he has helped Bauman navigate the company through a period of explosive growth. Bolt has realized a 350% increase in sales and has been recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S. for the past 2 years.
