Fort Mill, SC — Nations Express, Inc. a provider of expedited services announced the opening of a new truckload freight division.

Nations Express, a total owner-operator fleet, started the truckload division on a small scale in the summer of 2013, but now the company is ready to take the operation to a much larger scale, officials said.

Nations’ approach is to be a driver-focused carrier that will make sure the driver is profitable and has the home time that they want, company officials said.

The primary hiring area is the southeast, mid-Atlantic and mid-west states. This program offers many benefits including weekly pay with direct deposit, 2012 and 2013 model dry van trailers or the ability for the driver to use their own, 24-hour dispatch services, Comdata fuel cards, tire program, safety and mileage bonus and truck stop scanning of paperwork. The company also offers a guaranteed rate of $1.10 per mile dispatched loaded plus the national fuel surcharge rate and up to 85 cents per dispatched mile empty and the national fuel surcharge. Nations also offers drivers in the truckload division layover, extra stop, detention and hazardous materials pay.

Nations Express, Inc. was founded in 1998 to handle time critical freight with a focus on personal service for customers and owner operators. Today, Nations Express is a global transportation company with 12 locations in the United States and agent partners around the world.
