Mack boss to go 'Undercover' on CBS this season

NEW YORK — Mack Trucks Inc. President and CEO Denny Slagle will be featured in the second season of the Emmy Award-nominated series, Undercover Boss, CBS said Tuesday.

The show, which airs Sunday nights at 9:00 Eastern on the CBS Television Network, follows a different executive each week as they leave the comfort of their corner office for an undercover mission to examine the inner workings of their companies.

While working alongside their employees, they see the effects that their decisions have on others, where the problems lie within their organizations and get an up-close look at both the good and the bad while discovering the unsung heroes who make their companies run.

“Undercover Boss is about better understanding the challenges faced by front-line employees, and recognizing their contributions,” said Slagle. “I was confident we had some unsung heroes at Mack, and this experience confirmed it.”

The broadcast date for the Mack story was not announced.
