HD Safety Systems partners with Mobile Business Innovations, Germain Mercedes, and Aerotrans of Australia

Holland, MI- December 10, 2010—Dave Barnett, owner, and Brandon Dekker, sales manager, of HD Safety Systems report that they have partnered with Mobile Business Innovations of Port Orange, Fl, Germain Mercedes of Columbus, OH, and Aerotrans of Scoresby, Victoria in Australia. These companies will be offering the cargo positioning system the Power Deck in their respective product lines.

Dave Barnett said of the partnerships, “We’re excited about the possibilities that these collaborations will offer." The companies displayed their products in a new 2010 Sprinter van provided by Germain Mercedes of Easton and up-fitted by Mobile Business Innovations at the 2010 Expedite Expo in Wilmington, OH held July 23-24. They expect to display the Power Deck at the upcoming Mid-America Trucking Show in 2011.

The Power Deck is a cargo positioning system designed for Sprinter vans, cargo vans, closed trailers, and other delivery vehicles. The Power Deck reduces the time spent loading and unloading pallets and heavy cargo by eliminating the need for a pallet puller. Pallets are placed directly onto adjustable load plates that can be automatically positioned in the cargo vehicle with the push of a button.

HD Safety Systems, LLC formed in 2009 when Henry Mulder, delivery driver for a local Holland expediting company, had an idea for a cargo positioning system that would make expediting safer and more efficient.
