Get your GATS on in Texas, starting Thursday

The Great American Trucking Show is coming to the Dallas Convention Center Aug. 23-25. Truckers can do everything there from finding a job to learning the latest industry information or visiting a variety of exhibitors.

OOIDA will be in Booth 14085. You can join or renew your membership at the show and receive a $20 discount. Mark Reddig, host of “Land Line Now,” will be there, too. Stop by to say hello.

Other attractions includ e a fitness walk , a Pride & Polish competition, and a free concert.

As a thank you to truckers, Mobil Delvac is sponsoring Country music singer John Anderson on Friday, Aug. 24. Tickets will be available at the Mobil Delvac tent in the main registration lobby.

Some charitable and assistance organizations will be at the show, as well. While you’re there, look for groups like the St. Christopher Truckers Development and Relief Fund, Trucker Charity, Operation Roger and Truckers Against Trafficking.
