We  have been wearing our new attire almost six months and there is no way we could go back to being casual. Along with our new business attire we have also gradually seen a boast to our self-confidence. We look like we are professionals and we act as professionals and we work constantly on speaking as professionals. When we pull onto a customer's property, usually the customer does not see the truck, they see us. This revelation made us aware of the fact we need to look even better than our truck does. Henry is always in the background encouraging us and also listens to our funny stories of what happens with our attire. We have added a new person to our group, Scott Kinley, who has started wearing a tie. Scott is another member of our Trucking Solutions Group who has seen some amazing changes immediately.  Scott is an Owner Operator leased to Land Star and pulls a tanker / container.
