Unexpected Surprise!
We were very excited when she shared the news with us that she would be attending a school in Dayton, OH for a week and then would have a few days off. Brandy decided to drive from Dayton to the house and then fly out of Saint Louis back to where she is deployed.
We immediately changed our plans and started looking towards home time sooner then expected. Our oldest daughter Nicki is responsible for having a small party at our house. Nicki planned an evening to wait for Brandy to arrive with close friends around a bonfire, sipping hot chocolate and eating Chili.
We will make the most of our time while Brandy is at home by having one family game day which will include endless hours of Pinochle, Cribbage, Pitch, and usually a few games of “mean†Uno which we enjoy.
We are thankful once again for our business that we have the reserves and can make immediate changes to our plans to spend time with our daughters.
