Time for DOT Physical

Our local doctor is young and he has a great sense of humor.  We feel comfortable with him and his ability as our doctor.  We go make plans when it is time for our DOT physical to go ahead and have a thorough check-up.   Two years ago we found out that Bob’s cholesterol was elevated and we are hoping that our change of diet and getting more exercise will have brought down this number.  We have also both lost weight and have much more energy than we did two years ago.  Even though we like Dr. Smith it will be a relief to get our DOT physicals done and find out we are healthy and ready to go for another two years.
