Rice Cooker VS Presto Kitchen Kettle
I tried the Kettle at the house and I really liked the ability to control the temperature, the non-stick surface and the nice handles. It seemed perfect so I left my Rice Cooker at home and off we went….
Well I found out a few reasons why I prefer the Rice Cooker and will be putting it back in the truck once we get home:
The outside of the Rice Cooker does not get hot
The rice cooker easily fits in my sink and will not move if the truck moves
These two things are very important to me for safety
Presto Kitchen Kettle:
Cooks food quickly at the temperature I set
A solution to the problem of the Presto Kitchen Kettle could be a stand that I could set it in the counter, which would not allow it to move. This goes against the grain, as the idea of these utensils is to minimize space requirements and get the job accomplished.
We plan on going home in September and the Presto Kitchen Kettle will be left behind and the million mile Rice Cooker will be back in the truck.
