Henry and Linda Freightliner Booth 2009
Stop by the booth and see Henry to discuss ways to get better fuel mileage and discuss the ways he has been able to get over 9mpg. Henry has been referred to as a fuel mileage wizard and nothing escapes his attention. He has added a few additions to his tractor / trailer and also removed a few items.
One of his new additions has been to add Real Wheel covers to his semi and trailer. The stainless steel discs cover the wheel to form a level surface that air cannot get into.
One of the latest items that caught Henry’s eye was the license plate catching air on the back of his trailer. He removed the license plate and moved it to the rear butt plate next to the rear lights of the trailer.
The mud flaps on his truck and trailer have been fitted to his wide base singles. At this time no one has produced a mud flap that is the same dimensions as the wide base singles.
Another one of Henry’s favorite subjects is dress for success. Henry is a fanatic about dressing and presenting ourselves as the professionals that we claim to be. Henry started wearing a tie when he pulled his flatbed and created quite a sensation. He was often asked how he put fuel in his truck, or how he serviced his truck, or another of his favorites was how was he able to tarp and chain a load. He replied to these questions that he fueled with a hose, and that when it came time to service the truck he would dress to service the truck, and when it came to tarp and chain he just tarped and chained. He though did not show up at his customer’s location looking as if he was ready to service his truck and trailer he came to do business.
