We were offered a load opportunity while attending the show, which we accepted and received.   We had to leave the convention center Sunday morning to find a laundry as well as a grocery store on our way to our pickup in Kentucky.

I was able to get laundry done and get stuff put away after the Expo and we stopped for the evening at a Wal-Mart that will allow us to park out front for the night.   I picked up our groceries for the coming week and was ready for a evening of relaxation. This Wal-Mart has a Redbox so we picked out a movie for the evening.

We picked up our fright and headed for Florida and were thankful the load was not going across the country as we were still dragging.   I think all of the show hit me on Monday and I did not have much energy left.

We are fully recovered now and are back to work on getting prepared for the Great American Truck Show (GATS) in Dallas the end of August.   This will be the last truck show for the year and we are ready to start running the wheels off of the truck.

During the GATS Truck Show our group will host a Red Cross Blood Mobile, a 1.5-mile walk as well as a workshop, Driver to Driver, how to stay healthy on the road.   This will be the first time the group has hosted a workshop and we are looking forward to this challenge.
